The Problem

The pile ends do not penetrate into the rock, or the depth of penetration is insufficient. The presence of weak miscellaneous fill and the medium to highly compressible foundation soil layers have exacerbated the settlement trend.

The Solution

Utilizing the complementary principle of pile-raft to gradually lift the settled ground by injecting special materials until it is restored to a level state. Then, reinforce and strengthen the deep load-bearing sections to eliminate the root cause of the settlement. Our process ensures that our clients are not affected by ongoing construction and are free from the trouble of subsequent issues.

The Result

After the completion of the project, the ground was restored to level and the building's verticality met the standards as assessed by the expert group, achieving the acceptance criteria.
