The Problem

The project's foundation mainly consists of plain fill soil and miscellaneous fill. After compression, the foundation soil experiences serious differential settlement, and the uniformity is very poor. Groundwater erosion is severe. The pile ends are located in the highly weathered rock layer, which is a soft rock that easily softens when encountering water, leading to insufficient bearing capacity of the bearing stratum.

 

The Solution

Use existing building independent foundation settlement reinforcement and lifting technology. Reinforce and grout the backfill soil layer below the equipment foundation, indoor floor, and pile foundation to improve the bearing capacity of the foundation.

 

The Result

Advanced reinforcement processes and high-quality engineering materials played a decisive role in reinforcing and lifting the foundation/ equipment foundation/ floor settlement of this project. After reinforcement, the deviation in foundation lifting and leveling was controlled within a range of ±10mm.
