The Problem

Insufficient bearing capacity of the soft foundation, and the pile foundation does not transfer the load to the bearing stratum.

The Solution

The Hengxiang Hongye technical team comprehensively applies the company's patented technology. Firstly, high-tech composite materials are used to penetrate, fill, and compact the soft soil around the piles, enhancing the grip of the soil around the pile foundation. Next, drilling down to the pile end's bearing stratum is conducted to solidify the soil, improving the load transfer capability of the foundation bearing system. This process penetrates into the pile end bearing stratum and forms a solid and reliable structural body from the soft soil layer. During the penetration and compaction process, the building is lifted and rectified.

The Result
