The Problem

Improper design of the building foundation, coupled with the weak nature of the geological plain fill soil, resulted in insufficient bearing capacity and uneven settlement.

The Solution

After discussion, our company's technical personnel decided to reinforce the foundation of the unevenly settled building by grouting, using a new type of special composite material. Firstly, the unstable soil layer was filled and compacted to effectively enhance the bearing capacity of the foundation. Subsequently, grouting was performed at the locations of severe settlement to slowly lift the building, ultimately achieving the goal of foundation reinforcement and lifting.

The Result

After reinforcement and lifting, the foundation of the building exhibited good uniformity and self-standing capabilities, with effectively enhanced bearing capacity. The settlement was completely corrected to a horizontal state, meeting the acceptance criteria.
