The Problem
The project's foundation mainly consists of virgin fill. After compression, the foundation soil experiences serious differential settlement, with poor uniformity. There are also large rocks, numerous and large gaps between soil layers, and high dispersion. Large solitary rocks and cavities may still exist deep in the foundation.
The Solution
Strengthen the backfill soft soil layer within a certain range below the foundation, significantly improving its strength, impermeability, and stability, thereby achieving the purpose of reinforcing the layer. Continue constructing continuous irregular composite pile foundations, forming a new foundation bearing system with the upper reinforced structure, greatly enhancing the foundation bearing capacity.
